Modified strings for better memory efficiency. String truncation detection and clear-after-use can be disabled. Added ETL_DISABLE_STRING_TRUNCATION_CHECKS macro check in platform.h. Added ETL_DISABLE_STRING_CLEAR_AFTER_USE macro check in platform.h. Added etl::flags to wrap boolean flag functionality. Four parameter equal() algorithm variant added.
