feat(wizard): update handling of input text
introduce question about what level of representation is in the dataset
add phone and grapheme symbol detection using Unicode grapheme clustering and IPA tokenization
perform g2p and arpabet conversion in the wizard
remove punctuation stuff from wizard
remove questions about disallowed characters
