prefactor: need __init__.py to import Preprocessor to unbreak rest of code Note: this commit is not squashed with the one that moved Preprocessor from __init__.py into preprocessor.py so that `git log --follow preprocessor.py` will be able to see that it was really renamed from __init__.py.
