chore: bump marocchino/sticky-pull-request-comment from 2 to 3 (#355) Rebased onto main by hand: the Coverage job auto-commits a regenerated assets/coverage-map.svg into every PR branch, which counts as an outside edit, so Dependabot declines to rebase its own PRs here. v3.0.0 only moves the action to Node 24 and updates its dependencies — no input changes, and this workflow passes just `message`.
