CompilerSupportLibraries_jll: Update to v1.5.5+2 (#62223)
Bump the bundled CompilerSupportLibraries to the latest 1.5.5+2 build,
which rebuilds the shipped libstdc++/libgomp against the current GCC 15
shards. Refreshes the artifact checksums accordingly. Should fix #62184.
