Add `PossiblyAmbiguous` marker + ambiguous call edge handling (#62322) Package-image validation compares the recorded matches of a call edge with a fresh lookup that excludes ambiguous methods, without considering whether the call was marked as ambiguous or not. This can cause the call to be incorrectly re-validated when loading a pkgimage. Add `Core.PossiblyAmbiguous` as a marker to record this information in the edge, as long with the appropriate edge validation / merge / iteration machinery. Assisted-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5)
