f7487bda - Preload zlib in the loader

Preload zlib in the loader Currently our libLLVM comes with a broken RPATH (https://github.com/JuliaPackaging/Yggdrasil/issues/3703) and to work around that on we preload zlib. (cherry picked from commit b1f569a0bef91fad2bd3f29f28cb1ceff9240b4c)
