Don't filter `Core` methods from newly-inferred list (#58510)
This allows constructors like `Tuple{Type{Vector{Foo}},
UndefInitializer, Tuple{Int}}` to precompile as usual
Appears to have a minimal effect on the stdlib pkgimages:
