Renamed files to be more consistent
Fixed bug with setting theme stylesheet and meta tags
Removed start theme file, moved code to utilities file
Added button to filter themes by favorites
Added button to favorited items when filtering by favorites to remove favorites from list
Introduced bug, clicking any theme from the favorites list removes it from the list
