Show stdout and stderr on test failure.
`MultiProcessGpuTest::test_gpu_distributed_initialize` runs a bunch of
subprocesses and checks that they all terminate successfuly and produce the
expected output. The tests were failing but not showing any output, making it
hard to debug what was going wrong. This change shows stdout and stderr on
failure.
