ci(rocm): build against ROCm/xla@magaonka/devtest and use address allocator conv-zero pivot: the all-zero-gradient flake survived the sync-point fixes, so test with the synchronous passthrough (non-BFC) address allocator instead. - clone_main_xla: clone ROCm/xla@magaonka/devtest (carries kAddress allocator, openxla/xla#44335) so XLA_PYTHON_CLIENT_ALLOCATOR=address resolves. - run_pytest_rocm.sh: XLA_PYTHON_CLIENT_ALLOCATOR=address (was default). No conv-zero logging env (clean base).
