5f805ce2 - Remove name_stack argument from lower_jaxpr_to_module.

Remove name_stack argument from lower_jaxpr_to_module. There is no reason for the user to customize this. Instead, use the module's name as the root of the name stack. PiperOrigin-RevId: 776179241
