Increase the default number of stack frames to include in tracebacks to 100. 10 frames is not enough context for real models, and we've done a lot of work to make both traceback collection and traceback to MLIR conversion faster. The main risk of this change is that it will make debug metadata larger on disk. PiperOrigin-RevId: 912190627
