Change TypedNdArray to be a subclass of np.ndarray, rather than a duck type. An upcoming change to JAX means we will generate TypedNdArrary more, and this avoids breaking users who do isinstance(x, np.ndarray). It is also simpler. PiperOrigin-RevId: 883108466
