Increase full ROCm pytest timeout to 240 minutes for multi-GPU DPX runs. Four- and eight-GPU full-suite legs were hitting the 120 minute limit during single-accelerator collection after real multi-GPU visibility was fixed. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
