build(deps): unpin pillow (#2472)
Removed `pillow` pin and recompiled. I think it was originally there to
address a conflict, which, as far as I can tell, no longer exists. Also
a security vulnerability was discovered in the older version of
`pillow`.
#### Testing:
CI should pass.
