chore: release 0.27.35 (#4606)
Release PR: changes `unstructured/__version__.py` from `0.27.35-dev` to
`0.27.35`, per CONTRIBUTING.md release-day step 1. No changelog edit
(CHANGELOG.md is frozen).
This is the first release since the post-release dev-bump automation
landed (#4590). After the `0.27.35` GitHub Release is published, the
workflow should open a `chore: start 0.27.36-dev after 0.27.35 release`
PR automatically.
