Semantic elements and layout (#149)
* Separating menu items from semantic elements and layout
* Card example story looks good
Added Image element, needs a rename, maybe Picture?
Added slots to Divider/Label
Added some Style stuff to Flex/Grid
* move some things around because they don't make sense where they currently are
removes circular dependency to use Slots in example story
* update so build works
* break point for end of the day
* push a working build
* more fixes
* couple last cleanups
* change where slot default is defined
* overzealous deletion
* Fix version numbers
* remove placement style shortcuts
