Add code coverage (#228)
* Add code coverage
* whoops, wrong test
* made it a better set of files to gather coverage over than the default
* try submitting to codecov
* try to actually upload ;)
* override default codecov so it's non-blocking
* stop blocking!
* threshold in wrong direction...
