fix(react-aria): only announce combobox section changes to VoiceOver (#10503) * fix(react-aria): only announce combobox section changes to VoiceOver * test: update SearchAutocomplete announcements to section-gated behavior SearchAutocomplete uses useComboBox internally, so the section-gated announcement change applies here too: no per-item live region announcement when arrowing within a section (VoiceOver announces natively), only when navigating into a new section or on selection. * test: fix SearchAutocomplete live announcer count assertion The live announcer test still expected per-item announcements. With the section gate, arrowing into the first item no longer announces it, so only the option count announcement fires. Matches the equivalent ComboBox test. * chore: trim implementation comments in combobox announcement gate Address review feedback: the change is already covered by git history. * test: assert exact announcements instead of negative assertions Replace the loose not.toHaveBeenCalledWith checks with assertions on the full announce call sequence, so the tests document the section-gated behavior. * test: drop redundant announcement tests The flat arrow-key tests are covered by the section-entry and selection tests, which fail on the pre-gate behavior.
