RSP-1327 v2 [Accessibility] Dropdown/Select should expand with Enter, Space or ArrowDown key (#616) In v2, Select has keyboard support for the ArrowDown key to expand the dropdown menu, but Dropdown does not support this behavior. For use cases like the action menu button in QuickActions, keyboard support for the ArrowDown key should be moved from Select to the Dropdown.
