Ignore typescript errors when building icons (#462)
Unfortunately, typescript includes all files in the repo when compiling icons, not just icon related ones. If you have any typescript errors in your current branch, the icons would fail to build and you could not start storybook. However, typescript still emitted the .d.ts files as expected. This just ignores ts errors when building icons.
