Storybook persistence (#517)
* performing maintenance to keep us up to date
* Added custom title to storybook and a version number too
* Added custom theme and title/version to v2 as well
* Keep the same theme/scale/etc options when switching between stories
also remove it from the story ui so it doesn't get in the way of the stories in mobile
* saving, things are neater now, removed dead code, made locales human readable, delayed rendering of story until provider details are in
* rename and style things a little more nicely
we can improve styles greatly once we actually have v3 components like select/popover
