DRILL-8359: Add mount and unmount command support to the filesystem plugin (#2713) * Remove duplicated call to StoragePlugin.start() in ClassicConnectorLocator. * Handle an additional error message format in serverMessage.js. * Add a boot option that disables mount commands by default for security.
