Remove new codspeed dependencies (#19073)
Summary

Updates to codspeed 3.0.2, removing some of the new dependencies
introduced in 3.0. See https://github.com/astral-sh/uv/pull/14396 and
https://github.com/CodSpeedHQ/codspeed-rust/pull/108 for the similar PR
in uv and the upstream fix, respectively.
