4d301f6d - Improve docs for RUF001, RUF002 and RUF003 (#8628)

Improve docs for RUF001, RUF002 and RUF003 (#8628) I got an error from RUF001 and wanted to override it. How to do that was not quite obvious. In the process I have tried to improve the documentation for the rule and it's siblings.
