[ty] Clarify closed TypedDict get tests (#29334)
## Summary
We split the closed `TypedDict.get` tests from #29136 into focused
sections and put each explanation next to its example. We also simplify
the fixtures and remove repeated assertions while retaining coverage of
absent keys, arbitrary string keys, saved method references, and default
inference.
