build: Fix build errors with MSVC.
* gettext-tools/libgettextpo/exported.sh.in: Remove one level of eval.
* gettext-tools/libgettextpo/Makefile.am (config.h): Redirect compiler output to
stderr. Remove symbols that contain an '@'.
* libtextstyle/lib/Makefile.am (config.h): Likewise.
