xgettext: Add support for AppData XML files
AppData files are used to describe an application for package
management, and are described here:
http://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/appdata/
They may also currently be translated using intltool or itstool:
http://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/appdata/#translation
