build: Don't fetch gnulib a second time in libtextstyle. * autogen.sh: Set GNULIB_SRCDIR when invoking libtextstyle/autogen.sh. * libtextstyle/autogen.sh: Remove all git operations. Look at the GNULIB_SRCDIR environment variable. Ignore the GNULIB_TOOL environment variable.
