examples: Make it possible to pass custom options to msginit.
This mirrors the Makevars change from 2014-10-08.
* gettext-tools/examples/hello-*/po/Makefile.am (MSGINIT_OPTIONS): New variable.
* gettext-tools/examples/hello-objc-gnustep/po/GNUmakefile: Likewise.
