Fix super().__init__() call broken by keyword-only id/target_id
Making _BaseObject.__init__'s id/target_id keyword-only (the
PLR0917 fix) broke the documented subclassing pattern that calls
super().__init__(ns, name_spaces, id, target_id, **kwargs)
positionally, in both the CascadingStyle tutorial in
working_with_kml.rst and its mirror in
examples/transform_cascading_style.py. Both now call with keywords.
