Add faster versions of `equals`, `is_eql` and `is_equal`
`equals` and `is_eql` now call through to `rb_equal` and `rb_eql`,
respectively. `is_equal` is replaced with a simple `==`
comparison in Rust, which is the same as what Ruby's `rb_obj_equal`
C function does.
