Remove stale compression test from HPU CI (#8616)
As part of #8489, this PR removes the stale `test_compression.py` entry
from the HPU Gaudi2 unit-test list. The legacy compression test was
removed in #8490, but the workflow still referenced it. This keeps the
CI selection aligned with the current repository contents without
changing runtime code.
