Revert module loader hooks stack (#34077) This reverts the recently landed module loader hooks stack so we can reland only the stable `module.registerHooks()` pieces separately. The reasons for this revert are that the `module.register()` is already deprecated in Node and `module.registerHooks()` is the new stable API. Implementing the old, deprecated API is quite tricky because of running multiple threads and timing and I think it's not worth it to add all this complexity if it's gonna be soon removed. Ref https://github.com/denoland/deno/issues/34059 Summary: - Remove `module.register()` implementation, worker hook bridge, and `--experimental-loader` Deno CLI passthrough. - Remove `LoaderHookRegistry` and async module resolve plumbing from `deno_core`. - Remove module hook specs and compat test enablements from the reverted stack. - Preserve current node bootstrap/lazy-loading wiring after conflict resolution.
