chore: update WPT suite to epochs/daily/2026-07-05 (#35803)
Bumps the tests/wpt/suite submodule from the 2026-05-30 daily epoch to
2026-07-05. Opened as a draft to let CI report which expectations need
updating; fixes or expectation changes will follow as separate commits
based on the results.
