test(node_compat): classify 3 inherently-hard async_hooks candidates as ignore These three async_hooks candidate tests require work beyond the focused promise-lifecycle/AsyncResource scope of this PR: - enable-recursive: Deno's fs callback APIs run on internal promises that surface as extra PROMISE init events (6 vs Node's single FSREQCALLBACK). - fatal-error: needs hook-callback exceptions to abort the process; Deno's V8 promise-hook integration reports them as non-fatal uncaught exceptions. - http-parser-destroy: Deno's HTTP stack does not create Node's HTTPINCOMINGMESSAGE/HTTPCLIENTREQUEST async_wrap resources, so matching destroy() events never fire and the test hangs. Documents the triage of the full candidate set with specific reasons.
