Enhancements to the identity confirmation and encryption reset screens. * On the identity confirmation screen, the buttons for interactive verification and recovery key are now always shown, however, they are disabled when the corresponding option is not available. In which case the button to initiate reset is made a primary button. * The encryption reset screen now differentiates between 3 scenarios * a) at least one option to verify (hard warning) * b) no options to verify but user has encrypted chats (soft warning) * c) no options to verify and user has no encrypted chats (even softer warning). The copy and visuals are differentiated between these cases to best help the user. There are other accompanying touchups to copy and visuals on these screens.
