chat : fix reasoning leak with force-opened bare <think> templates (#24674) * chat : fix reasoning leak with force-opened bare <think> templates The reasoning start tag inferred from prior turns can carry trailing whitespace (e.g. <think>\n) while a force-open template prefills a bare <think>.
