server : list sidecars only for a model that resolves from a HF repo A preset on a local file has no HF repo, yet the listing resolved its name as one: the plan threw on the invalid repo format and GET /models failed for every model. The sidecars now come from the repo a preset names or a cached model is listed under, and a local file lists without them.
