Hide accuracy warning on small screens
Add a responsive utility to hide the "Generated content may be inaccurate or false." message on small viewports. The span in src/lib/components/chat/ChatWindow.svelte now includes the Tailwind class `max-sm:hidden`, keeping the warning visible on larger screens while reducing UI clutter on small devices.
