Add new LLM models to dev and prod configs
Added DictaLM-3.0-24B-Thinking, EssentialAI/rnj-1-instruct, ServiceNow-AI/Apriel-1.6-15b-Thinker, and three GLM-4.6V variants to the MODELS list in both dev.yaml and prod.yaml to expand supported reasoning, coding, and multimodal capabilities.
