56f17d85 - Show feature announcement toast once, add dismiss, hide for selected model

Show feature announcement toast once, add dismiss, hide for selected model The home-screen announcement toast reappeared on every visit, even after being seen and even when its model was already selected. Remember the shown announcement in localStorage, add a dismiss button, and skip the toast when its link points at the current model. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
