fix(chat): drop ChatGPT-style scroll pin on mobile to stop end-of-stream jump (#2381) On iOS, the assistant reply finishing made the view jump up so the user's message snapped to the top of the screen. That is the desktop pin (inflate a bottom spacer, scroll the just-sent message near the top) resolving late: WebKit suppresses programmatic scrolls during touch/momentum, so the whole reposition lands in one jump when streaming ends. Cap the spacer at its minimum below the md (768px) breakpoint so mobile just scrolls to the bottom and follows the stream. The spacer effect keeps running (it is also the stream-follower), so autoscroll is preserved. Desktop is unchanged.
