Improve close button visual consistency in artifact panel (#2307) Enlarge artifact panel close icon to balance with sibling actions The Carbon close glyph only fills half of its viewBox while copy, download and maximize fill nearly all of theirs, so the cross rendered visibly smaller than the other header actions.
