* fix: 🐛 fix the dependencies for macos m1/m2
Tensorflow does not support macos m1/m2 architectures, thus for these
platforms we opt for installing tensorflow-mac instead, which is
maintained by Apple. Note that it supports Macos intel too.
* chore: 🤖 update safety to fix vulnerability with dparse
funny that the vulnerability scanner was the one that introduced a
vulnerability
