Point local hardware setup to the Hardware settings page (#2516) The hardware profile now lives on its own Settings > Hardware page, separate from Local Apps. Update the local agents guide to send users to /settings/hardware for hardware, and keep /settings/local-apps for selecting the llama.cpp engine.
