Document org-member gating option for gated repos (#2493)
* Document org-member gating option for gated repos
Adds a "Gate access for organization members" section to the gated models
and datasets docs. Covers the "Also gate access for members of {org}"
toggle and lists which roles (org admins, repo creator, Resource Group
admins) keep direct access when the toggle is on.
