Forward code_revision to every pipeline loader (#49832)
Accept code_revision from either the top level or model_kwargs, put it in
hub_kwargs so the model, tokenizer and processor loads get the pin too, and
stop AutoTokenizer from leaking it into tokenizer_config.json.
