2108f04d - Fix get_text_config() ValueError for models with multiple text sub-configs

Fix get_text_config() ValueError for models with multiple text sub-configs Our vocab_size propagation loop calls tiny_config.get_text_config(), which raises ValueError when the config has multiple valid text sub-configs (e.g. text_encoder + decoder). Catch that and skip propagation in the ambiguous case. Also add Qwen4ExpConfig to config_class_to_model_tester_map so that Qwen4ExpForConditionalGeneration can be built (previously skipped with "Oh la la!!!" because the text-only tester returned Qwen4ExpTextConfig).
